I talk about all things coffee. Espresso, to be clear.

I’m not using a fancy espresso machine or even a grinder. I’m using a fairly good Krups Espresso Novo Plus with E.S.E. pads exclusively. Why? I’ll tell you later on in the blog.

This may not appeal to purists in the first place but is a reasonable choice.

I’m gonna share my experience trying a whole lot of different E.S.E. pads from different mostly italian coffee producers.
